These terms govern the use of services provided by Allways Roadways including Full Load transport, Part Load movement, Local Tempo service, and Warehouse storage.
1. Service Scope
- Full Truck Load (FTL) transport
- Part Load consolidation services
- Local tempo delivery within Morbi
- Warehouse storage and handling
2. Booking & Confirmation
- Bookings are confirmed only after load details and scheduling are agreed.
- Accurate information regarding weight, material, and addresses must be provided.
- Changes in dispatch timing must be communicated in advance.
3. Packaging & Loading
- Proper packaging is the responsibility of the sender.
- We ensure careful handling and supervision during loading.
- Improper packing may increase risk of damage.
4. Transit & Delivery
- Transit schedules are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or regulatory delays.
- Delivery coordination is provided to ensure smoother handling.
- Receiver must arrange unloading unless agreed otherwise.
5. Damage & Liability
- We handle goods carefully; however, risk during transit cannot be fully eliminated.
- Claims must be reported immediately upon delivery.
- Liability is limited to transport service value unless insurance is arranged separately.
6. Part Load Consolidation
- Part load shipments share truck space with other consignments.
- Dispatch schedules depend on consolidation planning.
7. Warehouse Storage

8. Payments
- Freight charges must be cleared as agreed before or upon delivery.

All services are subject to jurisdiction under Morbi, Gujarat.
